Duncan & Carol would like to welcome you to the West Coast Lodge, where no cost is spared except the cost to you.

Set between the dramatic backdrop of the West Clare coastline and the romantic mystery of the secrets of the Burren, the Lodge is an oasis of luxury where you can come to rest weary bones after a wide variety of local activities.

Stop by on your way up or down this world renowned coastline or merely escape for a few days of West Clare hospitality. Situated right in the centre of Lahinch and only a stone's throw from the Atlantic.

You will be spoiled for choice at the West Coast Lodge; world famous surf to world class golf, the spectacular Cliffs of Moher to the enchanting Aran Islands, award winning seafood to heart stopping music and so much more right here on our doorstep.

Every room is equipped with an ensuite and piping hot power showers will soothe away those aches and pains. Watch a movie from the comfort of your bed on our flat screen satellite TVs or simply lose yourself in goose-down duvets, Egyptian cotton sheets & a good book. For those that can't escape the real world entirely, your room is wired for Wifi access and we also have an internet cafe on the ground floor.

Chill out to some tunes in the Common Room, have a browse through the Library or stand in front of our 42" screen and practise your golf swing on the Wii. As the evening approaches, escape to the roof terrace with a glass of wine and sip way as sun slips into the sea.

Once out of bed in the morning, where a continental breakfast will ready you for whatever lies ahead. You are also invited to test your culinary skills in our beautiful kitchen, with a selection of cookbooks on hand to provide that extra bit of inspiration.

Take advantage of those long summer evenings with a BBQ of freshly caught fish on the roof, overlooking a vista of sea-battered cliffs and age-old castles. After a hard day of surfing, hiking, fishing, cycling, kiting, diving or golf, you probably deserve it.
